Application Analyst - Resolute Professional Billing

About the role

The Application Analyst supports and enhances TUHS applications by adding new features, testing vendor releases and system upgrades, and addressing system defects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical and functional aspects of applications
• Define system requirements and develop logical data models
• Educate cross-functional application teams and TUHS stakeholders on system functionality
• Adhere to change management procedures
• Thoroughly document assigned applications
• Communicate all application changes to internal department teams

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Preferred)
• 2 years experience in a related role with proficient ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve complex problems (Required)
• General experience and knowledge of basic hardware configurations, database management tools, and query language (Required)
• General experience in Healthcare IT (Preferred)
