Application Analyst - Oracle Analytics - Hybrid

Role Overview: Application Analysts support the Office of Administrative System Transformation by providing functional expertise on software applications, evaluating business processes, and developing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience. Key Responsibilities Support and configure applications across multiple business functions such as Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain Management.Analyze systems, facilitate system implementation, integration, and testing, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements.Optimize processes, maintain system knowledge, and validate data integrity and regulatory compliance.Act as liaison between clinical, business, and technical teams, translating technical insights for non-technical stakeholders.Manage small to mid-sized projects, support data governance, and contribute to process testing and documentation.Provide troubleshooting, customer support, and participate in transformation initiatives, including on-call support as needed. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or H.S. diploma with 8+ years of experience in administrative, healthcare, or IT fields.Vendor application certification may be required.Preferred experience with Oracle ERP, HCM data, Oracle Fusion FDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher.Knowledge of project management, systems analysis, software testing, and data management.Strong customer service orientation, ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and communicate effectively. Additional Details: This is a hybrid role based within 100 miles of designated campuses, with an annual salary range of $102,336 - $143,270.
