Coke Florida is searching for an Application Analyst, Manufacturing, to work out of our Tampa-based HQ office.
About the role
The IT Manufacturing Application Analyst reports to the Director, Planning Sourcing and Manufacturing Technology and will be responsible for assisting in identifying and solving critical business problems within the Supply Chain technology space.
Responsibilities
- Foster relationships between the Coke Florida Technology Team, CONA, 3rd party service providers, and business partners across Supply Chain areas: Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Distribution.
- Support key stakeholders to test processes and train users on updates within Supply Chain systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver desired business outcomes and define a multi-year digital manufacturing roadmap.
- Deliver high-value, scalable solutions for manufacturing facilities.
- Analyze existing Manufacturing systems architecture and map complex data flows between Shop Floor control systems (PLCs, IoT), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and SAP/ERP Systems.
- Implement system technology enhancements, change requests, and process improvements for Manufacturing processes.
- Identify technologies that align with company architecture and standards to improve business goals.
- Translate operational pain points into specific requirements, manage the requirements backlog, and define acceptance criteria.
- Develop or facilitate the gathering of configuration specifications and functional design documents.
- Maintain creativity and innovation by staying on top of industry and technological trends.
- Provide support for Supply Chain teams (e.g., break/fix, how-to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) to maintain productivity.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of system defects through engagement with SMEs to identify and correct issues while providing guidance and coaching.
- Develop best practices to standardize business processes and procedures based on the Coke Florida roadmap.
- Facilitate system training with business leads to improve performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
- 3+ years working as a Product Owner or Senior Systems Analyst.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects using Agile/Scrum framework and tools.
- Hands-on experience working with, deploying, or integrating core manufacturing systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years of experience with ERP systems and their interaction with Planning and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
- Background in data analytics, data integration, and IoT platforms highly desired.
