Application Analyst II - Epic MyChart

Responsibilities

• Buils, tests, manages, and supports application security.
• Builds and manages training.
• Builds and manages technical documentation.
• Complies with all regulatory mandates, as applicable.
• Designs system configuration.
• Supports senior analysts and engineers with testing and process development.
• Supports end-to-end system configuration tasks.
• Builds and manages tier 1 technical support processes, such as break fix and troubleshooting.
• Builds and manages tier 2 technical support processes.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of IT experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Able to rapidly solve IT systems problems that interfere with or disable clinical operations.
• Able to organize and prioritize concurrent responsibilities and demands.
• Able to use initiative and sound judgment in carrying out responsibilities.
• Able to meet timelines for assigned tasks.
• Able to train others in how to use systems.
• Able to build relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries.

Qualifications

• Preferred: BA/BS in related field.
• MS Visio, Excel, Transact SQL basic working knowledge.
