Application Analyst I

About the role

The Opportunity As an Application Analyst I, you will play a key role in supporting critical business applications across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Support the design, development, and implementation of new and existing applications
• Aid in testing efforts, including developing and executing test plans to ensure quality delivery
• Provide end-user training and support, including creation of user guides and documentation
• Run reports and support ongoing system operations and maintenance
• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused support to both technical and non-technical users

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required
• One to two years of related IT experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Experience in the development, support, or operation of software applications
• Ability to document workflows and business processes
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions
• If you are utilizing Epic, you must be able to obtain the required certifications as outlined in the program requirements

Skills for Success
