About the role
The Opportunity As an Application Analyst I, you will play a key role in supporting critical business applications across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Support the design, development, and implementation of new and existing applications
- Aid in testing efforts, including developing and executing test plans to ensure quality delivery
- Provide end-user training and support, including creation of user guides and documentation
- Run reports and support ongoing system operations and maintenance
- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused support to both technical and non-technical users
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required
- One to two years of related IT experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Experience in the development, support, or operation of software applications
- Ability to document workflows and business processes
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions
- If you are utilizing Epic, you must be able to obtain the required certifications as outlined in the program requirements
Skills for Success
