Location: Education Training and Development Center, 12451 Gateway Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33913. Full-time position in the IS Clinical Systems department.

The Willow Ambulatory Application Analyst will be responsible for the build, support, testing, and implementation efforts related to Epic Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inventory, pharmacy point of sale, and other related outpatient pharmacy applications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodology.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned project teams and department initiatives.
- Develop test scripts, conduct testing, support application upgrades, and project go-lives.
- Utilize advanced application and analytic skills to design, build, and test solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or at least 3 years of applicable experience (healthcare, clinical, or other IT).
- 3+ years of applicable experience (healthcare, clinical, or other IT).
- Florida residency or willingness to relocate (on-site support required in Lee County).
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification/Proficiency.
- Willow Inventory certification/proficiency.
- Management of Pharmacy Point of Sale software/hardware.
- Pharmacy technician experience or certification.

Pay
$37.72 - $49.03 per hour (minimum to midpoint pay rate).
Schedule
Full-time, Shift 1: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
