About the role
DCD Automotive Holdings is a growing company based in Massachusetts with locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Rhode Island, that is currently accepting applications and resumes for all roles, including supervisory roles, within our Service and Parts Departments for all of our locations.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Manage inventory levels and order parts as needed
- Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on vehicles
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in automotive service or related field preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance techniques
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
