We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, there is an intro: "Join Us in Making an Impact ✨ At OneAZ Credit Union, our success is measured only by yours..." This is like About the role? Could be "About the role". We'll include that as a paragraph under h3 About the role. Then "Who You Are 🧩 ..." maybe also part of About the role or maybe "Qualifications"? Actually "Who You Are" describes desired traits; could be part of "Qualifications" or "Skills". But we need to follow headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. Let's extract sections: - About the role: description of the credit union, mission, purpose. The first paragraph: "Join Us in Making an Impact ✨ At OneAZ Credit Union, our success is measured only by yours. We’re here to create lasting change in the lives of our members, our communities, and our team. If you're looking for a career with purpose, where your work truly matters—you've found it! Who You Are 🧩 You’re impactful, compassionate, and fearless, ready to embrace new challenges and shape the future of financial well-being. You take accountability for our success and thrive in an environment where curiosity is celebrated. If this sounds like you, let’s build something great together." That includes both mission and who you are. Could be About the role. - Location: "📍This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027". Could be part of About the role or maybe separate but we have no heading for location; we can embed in About the role paragraph. - Responsibilities: The bullet list under "What You’ll Do 🚀" and then "Essential Functions". That's a long list of duties. We'll put under h3 Responsibilities as ul li. - Requirements: maybe education and experience: "What You Bring 🎯 High School Diploma Required Bachelor's Degree ... 8 to 10 years of similar or related experience ...". That's requirements. - Qualifications: maybe certifications: "A minimum of two (2) computer industry certifications required ...". Could be Qualifications. - Skills: maybe "Strong analytical, adaptability, problem-solving, and innovation skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge and experience with Fiserv/FIS CORE products ...". That's skills. - Benefits: "Compensation & Benefits 🎉 Generous paid time off: paid holidays, floating holidays, personal days, vacation days, plus sick time Low-cost Medical, Dental & Vision plans Paid childcare assistance Award-winning 401K Gym fee reimbursement Tuition Reimbursement Student loan repayment...and much more." Also "Target hiring range $84,149.19 - $105,186.49 (Depending on experience and prior to any incentives this position is eligible for)". That's Pay. - Pay: we need separate Pay section if posting states it. Yes they have target hiring range. So we will have Pay section with that range. - Benefits: we have benefits list. - Schedule: not mentioned. No schedule info. So we omit Schedule. - Also there is "Why Join OneAZ?" paragraph about mission; could be part of About the role or maybe separate but we have no heading for that; we can incorporate into About the role. - Additional notes: legal boilerplate etc should be removed. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". The Pay range is specific, okay. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them into sections. We must not omit any substantive info. Let's list all substantive info: From intro: - Join Us in Making an Impact ✨ At OneAZ Credit Union, our success is measured only by yours.
