Appliance Use and Care Specialist

Responsibilities

• Making appointments with customers for use and care demos
• Responsible for learning and maintaining knowledge of multiple brands of appliances
• Purchasing items needed for all demonstrations
• Aiding with events and demos in the showroom

Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum one year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably with high-end appliances
• Personable and professional demeanor with a focus on customer service and follow-through
• Knowledge of retail business, execution, and products
• Experience working within national or regional retail stores preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related computer hardware and software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
