Responsibilities

• Service and Repair: Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of appliances such as washing machines, dryers, and air‑vending machines, ensuring repairs follow manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services, including cleaning, lubricating, replacing worn parts, and adjusting settings to extend appliance lifespan.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, address concerns, provide accurate repair information, and offer advice on appliance usage and care.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, parts used, and update the internal database with accurate information.
• Parts and Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order necessary parts and equipment, and ensure resources are available for efficient repairs.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols while working with electrical systems and appliances, ensuring personal safety and the safety of customers’ property.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass pre‑employment screening
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
• Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field (preferred)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle and maneuver heavy appliances; must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
• Willingness to work in a variety of environmental conditions (weather‑related and non‑weather‑related)

Pay

Minimum Salary USD $21.87 per hour. Maximum Salary USD $26.25 per hour.
