APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE TECHNICIAN

About the role

Advantage Appliance Repair, Inc is currently seeking experienced In-Home Appliance Service Technicians to service the Greater Charlotte area. We offer very competitive hourly pay, full package of benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass a drug test and background check
• Must meet physical requirements associated with the service repair field, such as continuous bending and lifting up to 75 pounds
• Professional demeanor
• A team player
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical skills
• Experience with R134a and R600a sealed system repairs
• Possess an EPA certification
• Experience in using electronic tools for appliances, refrigeration, and diagnostic testing equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with appliance repair
• Proficient at reading wiring diagrams, schematics, and voltmeters
• Good computer skills
