Appliance Sales Specialist

About the role

Bitter Neumann is looking for a motivated, results-driven Appliance Sales Specialist to join our Sheboygan team. This position is for someone who enjoys working with people, is motivated by goals and wants the opportunity to build a successful career in sales. Appliance experience is helpful but not required; we can teach you products. Your drive determines your opportunity. We give you an established showroom, customer traffic, recognizable brands and leads. You're expected to turn those opportunities into sales AND actively build relationships, follow up, develop referrals and grow your sales. Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and identify their needs, priorities and budget from an established local customer base
• Guide customers through appliance selections ranging from individual replacements to complete kitchen and laundry packages
• Present relevant accessories, protection plans, financing options and additional products
• Confidently ask for the sale and professionally work through customer questions and objections
• Follow up consistently with quotes, leads and customers who haven't purchased
• Learn appliance brands, features, specifications, promotions and new products
• Work toward individual sales and performance goals
• Follow Bitter Neumann's established sales processes and systems
• Work closely with delivery, service and other departments to provide a great customer experience
• Review your results and continually look for opportunities to improve

Requirements

• We're looking for someone who has the drive to sell and the willingness to continually develop their skills.
• Previous product knowledge is not required.
