Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and related technologies
  • Supports design, development, and test activities
  • Guide clients on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives
  • Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance
  • Create and document implementation best practices as well as knowledge base articles for internal enablement
  • Provide thought leadership on process improvement
  • Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Appian solutions
  • 5+ years of related IT experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area
  • Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification
  • Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology
  • Strong technical design and implementation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a high-paced environment, multi-task (prioritize and manage)
  • Willingness to travel (0-15%) for client meetings as needed
  • Experience working in the following technologies: Appian, RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB), Web services, Integrations and Middleware (e.g., RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion)
  • Experience working in the following areas is a plus: Cloud Computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Authentication (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP), Data management and data visualization/BIDevSecOps and/or Configuration Management, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence

  • Salary range: $115,439.00 - $162,293.00

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
