What You'll Do
We are seeking experienced Senior Appian Developer Consultants to support our delivery teams and advise our clients. These consultants play a crucial role in scaling our business by guiding solution delivery and integrating cutting-edge Appian solutions into client architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions using Appian and related technologies
- Support design, development, and testing activities
- Guide clients on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives
- Ensure solutions are scalable and performant
- Create and document implementation best practices and knowledge base articles for internal enablement
- Provide thought leadership on process improvement
- Mentor and train internal resources
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Appian solutions
- 5+ years of related IT experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification
- Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodologies
- Strong technical design and implementation skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Willingness to travel (0-15%) for client meetings as needed
- Experience working with the following technologies: Appian, RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB), Web services, integrations and middleware (e.g., RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion)
- Experience with the following areas is a plus: Cloud Computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Authentication (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP), Data management and data visualization/BI, DevSecOps and/or Configuration Management, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence
- US Citizenship required

Pay Range
The salary range for this role is $115,439.00 - $162,293.00, taking into account various factors such as skill sets, experience, and training.
