About the role
Groundswell is a premier technology integrator and solution provider dedicated to addressing the most complex challenges faced by federal agencies. As a small company with a big impact, we're seeking a Technical Appian Consultant who can bring their expertise to our delivery teams and support our clients.
Responsibilities
- Implement complex technical solutions with Appian and related technologies
- Hands-on design, development, and test activities
- Guide clients on design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives
- Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance
- Drive process improvement for clients
- Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions
- 2+ years of related IT experience
- Preference given to candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications
- Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology
- Strong technical design and implementation and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a high-paced environment, multi-task, and work both independently and as a team
- US Citizenship required
- Preference given to candidates local to the DC Metro area
- Some travel may be required for client meetings (0-15%)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in cloud computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience with authentication (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP)
- Experience with data management and data visualization/BIDevSecOps and/or Configuration Management
- Experience with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence

- Certification: Relevant certifications preferred

Pay
The salary range for this role is $98,855.00 - $138,979.00, taking into account various factors including skill sets, experience, and training.
