Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on Appian implementation on delivery teams and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Help scale the business by guiding solution delivery and designing cutting-edge Appian solutions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable and performant, and support process improvement for clients.
- Mentor and train internal resources to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in developing Appian solutions.
- At least 2 years of related IT experience.
- Prioritization of candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications.
- Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Strong technical design and implementation skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB).
- Experience with web services, integrations, and middleware (RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion).
- Experience with cloud computing/IaaS (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with authentication methods (SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP).
- Experience with data management and data visualization.
- Experience with DevSecOps and/or Configuration Management.
- Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Preference given to candidates local to the DC Metro area.
- Some travel may be required for client meetings (0-15%).

Pay
The salary range for this role is $98,855.00 - $138,979.00, taking into account various factors including skill set, experience, and organizational needs.
