Appian Developer
Position Summary
We are seeking an Appian Developer to join our team supporting the Veteran Readiness and Employment program. In this role you will design, develop, test and implement customized solutions across the Appian platform. You will be responsible for integration and release management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about serving our Veterans.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Appian
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in Appian development
- Integrate Appian with external systems
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues related to Appian performance, functionality, and data integrity
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, solutions, and configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members including business analysts, project managers, and other developers
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and release management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of Appian development experience, including support and release
- Experience with SAIL
- Appian Developer certification (e.g., Appian Senior Developer) is a strong plus
- Proven track record of successful Appian project delivery in a collaborative team environment
Working Conditions
- Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00
- Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs
- Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting
Pay Range
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on geographic work location, relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, security clearance, and contract requirements. Geographic salary ranges are determined in accordance with the company's compensation practices and represent a good-faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting.
