About the role

As a Package Consultant 2 within the Infosys Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) unit, you will be at the forefront of transforming businesses through innovative consulting services. Our team leverages robust methodologies and tools to ensure faster implementations, smoother rollouts, dependable production support, and top-quality product development. You will specialize in integrating business applications using leading technologies such as TIBCO, Vitria, webMethods, IBM WBI, and SAP NetWeaver. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with industry experts, and contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
  • Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP packages based on detailed business requirements.
  • Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
  • Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
  • Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure that ERP customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

Your Contribution to the Team

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation.
  • Knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
  • Passion for design and hands-on coding experience.
  • Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Appian Solution Design & Development
  • BPM / Workflow Automation, REST API Integrations
  • Appian Data Modeling, Agile Delivery, Testing & Performance Optimization
  • Experience in Appian implementations and integrating Appian within complex enterprise environments as both a receiver and supplier of events and data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
