What You'll Do
We're expanding and seek an Appian Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with product teams and customers to define and refine requirements for Appian applications. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Product Dev Managers in defining MVPs and release plans.
- Conducting requirement discovery, data modeling, and process improvement analysis.
- Collaborating with Product Dev Managers and technology stakeholders to define new and enhanced product requirements.
- Authoring user stories and ensuring detailed acceptance criteria for developers and QA.
- Managing risks and identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Designing and implementing complex data models based on customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirement refinement for information systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with process-based documentation methods such as use cases, Agile user stories, and process modeling.
- Active Secret Clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on Appian solution implementation experience.

Pay & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $74,230.00 - $142,250.00, taking into account various factors including skill set, experience, and organizational needs.
