Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using the Appian platform.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop intuitive user interfaces, business process workflows, integrations, and backend components.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate applications with enterprise systems.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Troubleshoot, debug, enhance, and support existing applications.
- Participate in code reviews, QA testing, defect resolution, and production support.
- Maintain technical documentation for applications, processes, and system changes.
- Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and data protection standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience developing applications using Appian, BPM platforms, or full-stack web technologies.
- Strong front-end development skills using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.
- 3+ years of experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Strong SQL development skills, including writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- 3+ years of experience using version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Appian SAIL, Records, Integrations, and Web APIs.
- Experience with Python and Flask.
- Experience working with Kubernetes.
- Professional experience within Investment Banking or Financial Services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
