Top 3 Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional apparel product design experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and hands-on apparel design development experience
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, fabric properties, and tech pack creation
Key Responsibilities
- Create original apparel design concepts that align with seasonal creative direction and consumer needs
- Develop innovative product designs from concept through final execution
- Create and maintain technical packages to support product development and manufacturing processes
- Review product samples and provide clear, actionable feedback to ensure design intent is achieved
- Collaborate with design, development, and product management partners to ensure design feasibility, timelines, and business objectives are met
- Develop presentation materials that effectively communicate design concepts and product stories
- Contribute to seasonal product strategies and line planning efforts
- Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and technical accuracy throughout the product creation process
- Support the broader design team as needed across assigned and emerging product initiatives
