Shift Description
- MercyOne has the only exclusive pediatric urgent care in the Des Moines area!
- Our board-certified pediatric providers can treat most acute illnesses and injuries on-site saving you money, time and worry.
- Extended weekday and weekend hours
- Onsite or same-day lab and x-ray to assist in rapid diagnosis
- Ready and able to treat minor lacerations and simple fractures
- Numbing gel for suturing
- Weekend newborn jaundice (bilirubin) checks for newborns in the first few days after discharge
Qualifications
- Primary Care or Urgent Care experience preferred
- Board Certified NP/PA
- Hold and unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa
- Experience
- Strongly Preferred
- Eligible to work in the United States
