APP (NP/PA) - Endocrinology/Diabetes (Peabody)

About the Role

Lahey Clinic's Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing academic endocrinology team. This position offers a predominantly diabetes-focused practice with opportunities to care for patients with thyroid disease and other endocrine disorders.

Practice at the top of your license in a collaborative, team-based environment with predominantly outpatient diabetes management and exposure to a broad range of endocrinology. The role includes protected administrative time and dedicated basket support, weekly educational conferences, and robust CME support, including dedicated educational time and funding.

Responsibilities

• Predominantly outpatient diabetes management
• Care for patients with thyroid disease and other endocrine disorders

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Massachusetts licensure (or eligibility)
• DEA and controlled substance registration eligibility
• At least 2 years of diabetes management experience

CDCES or BC-ADM certification preferred.

Schedule

Full-time outpatient position based primarily in Peabody, MA. No routine weekends or holidays. Protected administrative time is built into the schedule. The workload is designed to support high-quality patient care, professional growth, and work-life balance.

Pay

Annual base salary range: $133,120.00 USD - $215,000.00 USD. Actual compensation is determined based on factors such as seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, and job responsibilities.
