APP (NP/PA) Endocrinology - Inpatient/Outpatient

Key Responsibilities

- Outpatient Care: Evaluate and manage patients in an ambulatory setting, optimizing treatments and delivering education. - Inpatient Consultation: Provide multidisciplinary, safe, and effective glycemic management for hospitalized patients. - Quality Improvement: Drive inpatient population health outreach and care delivery initiatives. - Care Coordination: Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and diabetes educators for seamless continuity of care.

Minimum Requirements

- Experience: 2+ years of clinical Diabetes Management experience. - License: Current, unencumbered Massachusetts NP or PA license with prescriptive authority. (Must apply for NH license upon hire if not already held). - Education: Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program. - Certification: BC-ADM (Advanced Diabetes Management) OR CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist) required. - Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a passion for collaborative, team-based care.

Job Details & Schedule

- Location: Lahey Hospital & Medical Center - Setting: Blend of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities - Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week with a shared weekend and holiday rotation

Pay Range

$133,120.00 USD – $215,000.00 USD
