APP - Night Hospitalist

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, timely care to patients across the hospital.
• Participate in the clinical ladder program.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
• Preferred but not required: Clinical working experience as an NP/PA in the specialty/service line.
• Affiliated Medical Staff of a YNHHS hospital and completed the Medical Staff credentialing process.
• Active PA or NP Certification by the NCCPA, ANCC, or AANPCB.
• Certified Connecticut State Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License, ACLS/BLS Certified, when indicated for position profile, DEA License.
• Additional licensure, certifications, and/or continuing education credits may be required based on position and area of specialty.
