APM - Hospitality Renovations - Columbia, MD

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support hospitality renovation projects across the United States while being based out of Columbia, Maryland. This role offers exposure to complex projects, collaboration with experienced construction professionals, and strong opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of hospitality renovation projects.
• Assist project teams with scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and project tracking.
• Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and help identify solutions to maintain timelines and project goals.
• Prepare and manage project reports, contracts, submittals, and other key documentation.
• Assist with procurement activities and vendor coordination.
• Support project closeout activities and ensure deliverables are completed accurately.
• Contribute to successful project delivery across projects ranging from approximately $3M to $50M.

Qualifications

• Interest in construction project management and commercial construction projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support projects located throughout the United States.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and external partners.
