API & integration Tester
About the role
The role is a hybrid position located in multiple locations including Frisco, TX, Atlanta, GA, and Overland Park, KS. The position requires a strong background in API and integration testing, with at least 3 years of experience in each of the following areas:
- Selenium
- Automation
- Test Case
Responsibilities
Create and maintain automation suites using Selenium (Java)/Playwright (Typescript), Appium and REST API frameworks.
Lead and coordinate testing activities for modules, owning quality gates and exit criteria.
Drive in-sprint Agile testing and represent QE in sprint planning, estimation, and risk discussions.
Actively validate user stories within sprint, ensuring early detection.
Contribute to automation stability, optimization, and best practices.
Use AI assisted testing solutions to accelerate the testing tasks (test generation, smart test selection, failure insights, self healing concepts).
Define and optimize functional, regression and E2E execution strategies leveraging shared frameworks and cloud platforms.
Mentor A1/A2 engineers, review automation code, and drive QE standards, processes, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in E2E digital flow testing and automation across apps (Mobile, Web, bots).
Understanding of validation checks (auth, payments, order flow).
Knowledge of customer journey flows, middleware interactions, and backend integrations.
SQL knowledge.
Experience with Test Management tools such as JIRA, Qtest.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
