About the role
The APG Mechanic joins the Greenville Site Operations aircraft maintenance team to support F16 sustainment, repair, and overhaul.
Responsibilities
- General maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electromechanical and pneumatic systems
- Performing operational checkouts
- Conducting periodic inspections of electrical, hydraulic, propulsion, landing gear, flight control, airframe, furnishings, and crew escape equipment
- Removing panels and hardware to access and repair components as needed
Requirements
- F-16 experience is required
- Knowledgeable in aircraft systems operation and maintenance, including:
- Landing gear
- Powerplants
- Flight controls
- Fueling/Defueling
- Aircraft movement/Launch & Recovery
- Must be able to work 2nd shift as assigned after training

2nd Shift – Mon. thru Thurs, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM
