Overview Of Job Responsibilities
- Collaborating with program residents to work toward their goals
- Supervising residents’ daily living activities and apartment management to maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
- Maintaining current and accurate documentation on resident progress
- Modeling positive and appropriate behaviors for residents
To Qualify
- CASAC-T or CASAC experience supporting individuals diagnosed with chemical dependency
- An ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow your training
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal boundaries
Requirements
Clearance with all relevant background checks as per RISE policies and governing regulations.

Pay
A rate of $20 to $25 per hour based on credentials and experience, plus a $1,500 bonus after 6 months of employment.
Schedule
