RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunity for a positive, compassionate, and inclusive individual to join our team at our reintegration program, Hedgerow House Apartments, in Ballston Spa, NY. A successful candidate will be able to navigate the daily duties of the program while keeping their focus on offering high-quality support and advocacy to our apartment residents, as they work to overcome the life challenges their chemical dependency diagnosis has presented.
