Apartment Maintenance Technician- Twin Ridge

About the role

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join the service team at Twin Ridge Apartments. The successful candidate will respond to maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance as directed, and prepare units for move-in. The role requires working effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong customer service skills essential. Prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred, and HVAC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (HVAC certification required)
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
• Hang, prep, and sand drywall
• Repair and maintain appliances
• Paint apartments and common areas
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the property
• Assist with snow removal as needed
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in residential or property maintenance
• Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 85 lbs
• Must be available for on-call emergency coverage

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $26.00+ (based on experience and certifications)

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
