Apartment Maintenance Technician - South Front

Tribute seeks a Maintenance Technician for our beautiful property, South Front Apartments located in Wilmington, NC. About the role

• Oversee daily operations: Maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of the property.
• Handle general repairs: Ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Prepare apartments for new tenants: Create a welcoming and comfortable living space.
• Conduct preventive maintenance: Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in general maintenance, with a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders with ease.
• HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus.
• On-call duty rotation required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Pay

The pay for this opportunity ranges from $20 to $21 per hour. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
