About the role

AIR Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at one of our apartment communities in Las Vegas, NV. This role utilizes industry-leading technology to efficiently manage maintenance tasks and enhance the resident experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
  • Follow AIR's process for apartment turns to ensure each new resident has a perfect move-in experience.
  • Complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance under general direction.
  • May provide functional/technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians.
  • Assist with managing vendor quality and perform move-in/move-out inspections.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a facilities or building environment.
  • Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks, and on-call shifts.
  • Reliable mode of transportation for responding to emergency service requests.
  • Comfortable with physical activity and moving heavy equipment.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
