About the role
Windsor at Broadway Station is a mid-rise style community consisting of 419 apartment homes. For the fifth year in a row, Windsor Communities has been awarded the 2025 Kingsley Excellence Award, achieving the top award for Overall Customer Service.
Responsibilities
- Must have intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry.
- Available to be part of a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend emergency response.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures with apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical, and appliance areas.
Requirements
- Site-specific certifications such as EPA Type II or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date.
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date.
- Flexible schedule, including weekend work and participation in on-call rotations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
- Familiarity with building safety systems including fire systems (sprinklers/alarms).
- Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completion.
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools.

Pay
Hourly: Starting at $23.02 - $28.78 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
Annual Starting Comp: $47,881 - $61,651.

The position involves a flexible schedule, including weekend work and participation in on-call rotations.
