Key Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior repairs, including structural, roofing, masonry, and fixture maintenance.
- Handle electrical repairs such as wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
- Maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances, repairing leaks and unclogging drains.
- Inspect and repair mechanical equipment, appliances, and HVAC systems, including preventive maintenance.
- Operate and maintain small engines, hand tools, and maintenance vehicles safely.
- Possibly install and maintain HVAC systems.
Qualifications & Skills
- A high school diploma or GED; vocational certification preferred.
- Two years’ experience in building maintenance or mechanical repairs.
- EPA certification is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
