About the role
Windsor West Lemmon is a mid-rise style apartment community with 248 units. For the fifth year in a row, Windsor Communities has been awarded the 2025 Kingsley Excellence Award for Overall Customer Service.
Responsibilities
- Must have intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry.
- Available to be part of a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend emergency response.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures with apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical, and appliance areas.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance.
- Familiarity with building safety systems including the fire systems (sprinklers/alarms).
- Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completion.
- Site specific certifications such as EPA Type II or CPO preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, some weekend work, and participate in the on-call rotations.
Qualifications

Pay
Hourly: Starting at $21.02 - $26.28 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $43,721 - $54,662.
Schedule
Flexible schedule, some weekend work, and participation in the on-call rotations required.
