Apartment Maintenance Technician - Coopers Ridge

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general property upkeep
• Handle general repairs to ensure smooth property operations
• Prepare apartments for new tenants, creating welcoming and comfortable living spaces
• Conduct preventive maintenance to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for residents

Skills and Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in general maintenance with a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools, lift heavy objects, and climb ladders
• HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• On-call duty rotation required

Pay

The pay for this opportunity ranges from $25 to $27 per hour. Base compensation varies based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
