Apartment Maintenance Technician

Full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours per week on a day shift.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
• Weekend availability required
• Rotating on-call schedule for nights and weekends (emergency calls only)

Responsibilities

• Painting and repairing apartment units after a resident moves out
• Prepping apartment units prior to turn (e.g., trash removal, pre-clean, cover flooring)
• Completing work orders, including appliance repair, minor plumbing, and electrical work
• Maintaining cleanliness of amenities, common areas, and apartment buildings
• Providing valet trash services
• Performing cabinet, appliance, and other cosmetic upgrades

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to be on-call 1–2 weeks out of the month
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
• Commitment to producing consistent, quality work
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Excellent customer service skills
