Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for demonstrating the highest level of customer service at all times, general building and ground maintenance, general maintenance of currently occupied apartments, troubleshooting mechanical and maintenance issues, appliance repair, electrical work and plumbing and conducting move-in/ move-out inspections.

Key Qualifications

• A positive, "how can I help" attitude
• A high school degree or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in repair work
• Knowledge in HVAC, painting, drywall, plumbing & electrical repairs
• A/C Certified Type I-II (preferred)
• Availability for rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls
• The ability to interact with people and develop rapport quickly

Pay and Schedule

• $18.00/hr to $22.00/hr depending on attitude and experience
