About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing various apartment facilities including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and exteriors.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems
- Perform electrical repairs as needed
- Oversee HVAC maintenance and repairs
- Inspect and maintain exterior structures and grounds
- Respond to emergency calls as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or construction
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
Skills
- Proficient in basic plumbing and electrical systems
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
