About the role
The role involves performing various maintenance tasks within apartment complexes, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. The technician must also ensure the cleanliness and safety of the living spaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks
- Inspect and repair plumbing systems
- Install and replace electrical components
- Oversee HVAC systems and perform necessary maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with residents and management staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- At least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in using common tools and equipment
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Willingness to travel to different apartment complexes

Pay
$20-$25 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with some weekend and evening work required.
