Apartment Maintenance Technician

About the Role

A Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the role is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work orders and turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts and materials as needed.

Requirements

• Two (2) years’ experience in a previous relevant maintenance field.
• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Type 2 EPA certification is a plus.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team with a positive attitude.
• Neat, clean, and professional demeanor.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.
