Apartment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
- Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
- Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
- Assisting in preventative maintenance as assigned
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Assisting in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
- Aiding in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience in the maintenance field preferred
- 1+ months experience in apartment maintenance
- Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
- Plumbing and electrical experience
- EPA HVAC Certification a plus
- CPO Certification a plus
- Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
- Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
