What You’ll Do
- Complete service requests and work orders efficiently
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
- Carry out apartment turns and make-readies
- Engage in general janitorial duties and trash removal
- Participate in an on-call rotation and snow removal duties
What We’re Looking For
- 2 + years of apartment maintenance experience
- Painting experience
- Janitorial experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
