Responsibilities
- Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
- Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
- Assisting in preventative maintenance as assigned
- Assisting in exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Assisting in property grounds maintenance
- Auxiliary coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in the maintenance field required
- Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
- Light plumbing and electrical experience
- HVAC experience and EPA Universal certification a plus
- Boiler experience a plus
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
