Interested in maintenance? We're looking to train our next Maintenance Technician to join our team at Seasons on Chelsea Apartments in Fort Mitchell, KY.

Responsibilities

• Get apartments ready in between residents
• Handle on-site maintenance calls
• Perform preventative maintenance

What We Offer

• $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
• Quarterly bonus up to $750.00
• Up to $100 a week additional pay when on call

What We Need from You

• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• 40 hours per week
• On-call rotation ($100 bonus)
