What You’ll Be Doing
- Knock out work orders efficiently and safely
- Turn units and prepare them for new residents
- Handle painting, drywall, and general carpentry
- Take care of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
- Help maintain the property inside and out
- Be part of the on-call rotation every 3–4 weeks
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of general maintenance experience
- Comfortable with drywall, painting, and basic repairs
- Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical
- Some HVAC and water heater experience is a plus
- Good communication and solid customer service mindset
- Dependable and ready to work and solve problems
What We’re Looking For
A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position. The role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening. A valid driver’s license is required. During the interview, employees will demonstrate their ability to complete the basic job duties.
