Apartment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
- Complete resident service requests in a timely manner
- Perform apartment turns and general repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Complete painting, drywall, and light carpentry work
- Maintain organization and safety within the maintenance shop
- Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
- Participate in the on-call rotation schedule
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of apartment or facility maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of: Plumbing systems and fixture repairs, Electrical troubleshooting and repairs, Appliance repair, Drywall, painting, and carpentry, Water heaters and HVAC systems
- EPA, HVAC/Boiler, or CPO certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work a Monday–Friday either 8AM to 5PM or 12PM to 9PM
- Ability to work on-call 1 week every other week
