Apartment Maintenance Technician

Chestnut Hill Realty has an exciting opportunity for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join the team for our Norwest Woods Apartment community. The successful candidate will bring outstanding maintenance and customer service skills, as well as an enthusiastic spirit to ensure a first class resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests and work orders
• Assess and repair issues including electrical, plumbing, A/C, HVAC, appliances, and interiors
• Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule
• Respond to on-call emergencies

Qualifications

• Prefer to work with your hands, problem solving on electrical, plumbing and appliance issues
• Enjoy being part of a hardworking, dedicated team
• Enjoy a variety of responsibilities, taking on challenging situations and come up with creative solutions
• Understand emergencies arise, and are comfortable being on call (weekends and nights required)
• Valid driver license
• Have great customer service skills, and want to make an impact in people's lives

Pay

The salary range for this role is $23.00-26.00 hourly depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
