Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in corporate accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in financial operations within the real estate industry
  • Over 20 years of human resources experience
  • Over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate
  • Over 10 years of experience in acquisitions
  • Over 25 years of experience in asset management and public accounting
  • Extensive leasing and investment sale knowledge

  • Experience in sourcing equity and debt for acquisitions and refinancing
  • Experience in asset management and court-appointed receiver for complicated and highly-contested distressed assets
  • Experience in leasing and investment sales
