Apartment Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry in occupied apartments
- Respond to and complete resident service requests promptly and professionally
- Perform unit make-readies and turnovers between residents
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Partner with a collaborative maintenance team on larger projects and priorities
- Participate in a rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule (compensated)
What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years of hands-on apartment or multifamily maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems (EPA 608 certification a plus, not required)
- Solid skills in plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and general repairs
- Able to manage a service request workload independently and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills - you'll interact with residents daily
- Valid driver's license required
